SOFTSWISS YOUNG FEST 15TH ANNIVERSARY

A corporate anniversary festival with a continuous 24/7 program spanning multiple days. For the event, two separate resorts were united into a seamless ecosystem, which required complex structural builds and selective demolition between the venues. The main stage was erected on an island connecting both properties. The program included daily themed parties, world-renowned headliners each day, active zones, sports tournaments with celebrity athletes, 3 massive teambuilding quests, and an on-site 24/7 radio studio.

Results

  • 2,000 participants from 40 countries worldwide
  • 2 interconnected resort hotels and 1 main stage on the island
  • 180 activity zones, 8 sports tournaments, and 3 major team-building formats
  • Round-the-clock radio broadcast studio and daily performances by headliner artists
  • 5 Global Eventex Awards 2026 trophies
  • Event NPS: 98
  • Average satisfaction score: 4.97 / 5.0
