SOFTSWISS KIDS CAMP

End-to-end production of an outdoor integration camp for the children of SOFTSWISS employees at the picturesque Gościniec pod Dębem complex. We combined fun and learning, offering children unique experiences and fostering new connections in a safe, inspiring environment. The program featured creative arts and crafts workshops, team challenges, DIY soapbox vehicle building, a giant outdoor ball pit, open-air beanbag lounge zones, as well as stage dance performances and evening musical animations.

Results

  • A multi-day outdoor activity camp hosted at Gościniec pod Dębem
  • Tailored program combining education, sports, creative arts, and peer bonding
  • Custom outdoor stage featuring an LED screen and dedicated activity zones
  • Employee family integration and strong corporate employer branding impact
  • Event NPS: 98
  • Average satisfaction score: 4.96 / 5.0
